ERRATA
Errata is a wine that during its aging forms on the surface a veil of flower (layer of yeast) that protects the wine from oxidation in the boot. Its label, like the maturation process, undergoes oxidation with the passage of time.
Errata es un vino que durante su crianza forma en la superficie un velo de flor (capa de levadura) que protege de la oxidación al vino en la bota. Su etiqueta, como el proceso de maduración, experimenta la oxidación con el paso del tiempo.
